Also, we do not entertain any kind of return/replacement/refund on any offline deal related to the digital product or services being displayed or sold on this website.
The services here are Demo Based and the digital product once sold are transferred digitally to the purchaser. So, in no way, Aimstrue Designs Private Limited can take return of these products as purchaser can make multiple copies of these products.
If Aimstrue has suspicion or knowledge, Aimstrue may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against person who are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such purchaser and /or disqualify that Purchaser and any related Purchasers from availing protection through this program.
Against a Purchaser who, files an invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information, Aimstrue reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Aimstrue may at its sole discretion restrict, block, suspend, cancel the Display Name, and its related Display Names, of such Purchaser and/or disqualify that Purchaser and any related Purchasers from availing protection through this program. Any person who, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
